Pokemon Unbound is my absolute favorite of the newer rom hacks to come out in recent years. It has Pokemon available from gens 1-7, and even some mega evolution action.
It has so much more new and custom content in game, they really push the limit for what the base rom (Fire Red) can do and you can really tell that Skeli789 (the game developer) really put his all into the game. This game probably has some of the most unique gameplay I’ve seen in any rom hack. I highly recommend this game to everyone

Awesome game. I always get choice paralysis from the overwhelming number of pokemon and never finish the game. I suffer doubt in my choices and start a new game. I’ve started playing radical red in an attempt to rememdy that, but it seems radical red has an even bigger roster of pokemons.
Same here, I’ve play it start to finish and it was an awsome experience. The amount of content put the main Pokémon line to shame.
I just wish Nintendo, the Pokemon company and Gamefreak would take notes on these rom hacks and actually put more better content in their games.
Instead they kill off a lot of the unique rom hacks with legal threats and never do anything with the ideas and customizations the community created around that game.
I’ve been pondering which Pokemon game to play… now I don’t have to pick!
I have always liked the idea or playing a ROM hack, but since I am not even done with the main franchise I never enter to this world lol.
