I downloaded rdr2 from dodi (and the updates) it installed properly and everything but it doesn’t launch
Running with wine-ge 8-25 It instantly quits with error code (13568)
I read that installing vcrun2019 fixes it but that didnt help
Debian 12 (all up to date) Rtx 2060, 32GB 3200mhz ram, i5-11400f. 1tb ssd, Nvidia driver 525 on X11/i3wm
Ive tried different wine versions/prefixes, reinstalling, changing vkd3d version, updating system and none of that worked
Does anyone know what’s wrong ?

You need to use lutris 7.2-2 for the wine thingy. But if you want to use the latest wine, you can do these steps:
- select your game in lutris
- in the dropdown below (the wine glass icon), click Wine configuration
- there will be a popup, in the application scroll sideways until you get RDR2.exe
- click the rdr2.exe once
- then click Libraries
- there’s going to be an entry called
vulkan-1 (native) - click it once, and then click remove
- then click OK button on the bottom
That’s it!
