Tie-ups and cuts on menu as Disney, Warner, Comcast and Paramount seek new ways to keep up

Honestly, this has felt inevitable for a while. There are just too many streaming services out there without enough content that makes people want to stay subscribed. It kind of reminds me of when some of the big game publishers tried to set up their own Steam replacements and then ended up returning to Steam when none of them caught on.

They should have never started their own shit. They should have sold movie and show rights to Netflix and be done with it. Then we would have just one serious streaming platform like Steam or Spotify in their fields where there is everything.
That case everybody wins, now everybody loses.
Fucking morons.

Tbh, a single platform with all the shows would be like £100 a month.

Yeah I unsubscribed from Hulu live and Netflix, saving $100/month. I’m coming back when prices come wayyyy down and they get rid of bundles channels. Fuck these guys
