Absolutely!
I used this link initially from DuckDuckGo https://monotropism.org/2023/mq/
Which has this self-scoring version below :)
What does monotropic mean?
Monotropism is often described as a “tunnel vision” and is posited as the “central underlying feature” of autism
It is described as a person’s tendency to focus their attention on a small number of interests at any time, tending to miss things outside of this attention tunnel.

I’ve never been officially diagnosed with any time of autism. I was diagnosed with ADHD as a kid in the early 80s, though was not medicated and unaware until sometime after I graduated high school; my parents just neglected to tell me until then.

I feel like my ADHD is holding me back from getting a high score here. I can be a bit spontaneous and do multiple things at once. I also don’t mind being interrupted (within reason) and I just can’t stick to a routine.
Almost exactly the same score. Likewise almost exactly the same reaction qua ADHD :D
AuDHD fist-bump 👊
I’ve been masking and compensating for so long that I often feel that my answers don’t fully reflect my autism. I’m also incredibly particular about the wording of questions. In many cases a single word changed would dramatically change my answer even though I suspect most allistic people would consider them to be the same question.
