Didn’t Bloomberg wait a lot longer to give up

I thought he quit shortly after Super Tuesday, since he wasn’t on the ballot in any of the early states, and I think he only got the most votes on American Samoa, or some other small colonial outpost. Might have been Guam actually.

I mean, super Tuesday has a lot more people voting, so maybe that’s why

Probably. But Meatball also actually tried his hardest to win, whereas Bloomberg was a billionaire who did it for a vanity project.

Ron will likely win substantially more than 23k votes, once the ballots in New Hampshire and South Carolina are counted. If Bloomberg had dropped out after New Hampshire rather than wading deep into California, Florida, and Texas, he’d have had much worse figures.

funny story: local coffee shop had an in-person bloomberg town hall thing. i asked the owner why i thought you were a bernie supporter. she basically said “still am but those idiots paid me a lot.”

regret not getting a job / trying to take some of that bloomberg cash back in 2019 whatever. shortie spent almost 1 billion in 3 months.
