I mean without AI they’d just be using bad photoshop. Heck if you got someone who was good at photoshop and could make realistic propaganda that’d be worse than AI that can easily be picked apart.

Brilliant idea, but it’ll never happen. Even if all the big players agree to it, some “Innovator” will just undercut them by offering a “no watermark” model, assuming that state players like Israel or the United States don’t make their own in-house variants. That’s what happens when you move fast and break things, I guess.
