Maybe the name of the countries should change, I dunno. I tried to make the countries based on ethnicity and on pan-nationalism, considering in that timeline Europe lost like 90% of its population and lots of regions in Europe are literally forests and abandoned cities. I was thinking the same would be for Asia and Africa too. But I think maybe someone can develop this idea even better than I could ever do.

I was also thinking about the Islamic World being a single huge country (maybe most Turkey should be on the Islamic World). And India, China, Japan, Korea, Mongolia, and Southern Asia would exist as unified nations but with lots of forests and wastelands just like Europe and on the Middle East.

And for the Americas, I was thinking about the Incas, Mayas and Aztecs existing as huge nations with lots of forests, as well as most nations of the Americas (Guaranis, Mapuches, Tupis, Caribs, Cherokee, Sioux, Pueblos, Navajos, Iroquis etc) would have their own countries, but with far more lands, and all European colonial nations (like Brazil, the Thirteen Colonies, New Spain, New Granada, Florida, Louisiana, Quebec, British Canada etc) would exist as coastal outposts only.
