Hmm this is a pretty big change to my ears. On the one hand, it will be nice to not run into teams who got lucky finding purple shields off the drop.

On the other, it means the best players in the lobby may stomp even harder because they’re upgraded out of their gords

We will have to see how this pans out for the game. I’m happy for change though. It was getting stagnant.
