So, I bought an evercross h5 on September 26, 2022 and it just stopped all of a sudden with an E-10 showing on the display. Upon inspection, I found out the wires connecting the battery and motor were melting. I already tried contacting Evercross through email, amazon and their phone number but there has been no response for three days. What should I do?
