TIL that Reddit is banning smaller porn subreddits and aren’t allowing users to claim them in redditrequest to make way for their eventual ban on NSFW content. So I’m looking for NSFW alternatives in any Fediverse platform.

I saw a lemmy instance that allows porn for the first time earlier but it explicitly allows drawings of underage shit :/

That’s weird, it’s illegal in most countries.

it was drawn loli/shota, that’s legal in most countries I think, but I still find it extremely disgusting

@ImOnADiet @Veritas I’m guessing Pawoo or Baraag, the latter allows anything that isn’t expressly illegal, so anything drawn, but limits on photos, the former is Japanese, and they have different laws regarding what’s allowed compared to the rest of the world.
As to instances, rubber.social comes to mind, but I know there’s more out there as my little Mastodon instance is connected to a relay that’s basically all adult content (1 of 6 or so relays I use).

I was talking about lemmy instances, it’s hard to follow mastodon content like that here on lemmy, I was complaining about a specific lemmy instance. Sorry for being unclear

@ImOnADiet Ah, gotcha, I haven’t really gotten into Lemmy, I can’t quite figure out how to use it, searches for the things I follow on Reddit come up empty, so I’m not sure if’n they’re not there or I’m just not looking in the right place.
I think Lemmy would be a great replacement for Reddit if’n there was some kind of index for the groups on there, that way it doesn’t matter the server you’re on, you’re guaranteed to find what you’re looking for.

Although it’s not actually part of the Fediverse, there is a decentralized FOSS image board known as Danbooru (Github), which hosts hentai, as well as regular anime artwork.

I just started one focused on butts 👀 booty.world to ‘back up’ some of my fave booty-related subreddits.

I have no idea what I am doing though :} So can’t really say its “good” but its there.

I think you need to create at least one community inside your instace for others to be able to federate to it (tried it but with just the instance doesn’t seem to work).

Thanks!. Yeah I gotta figure that out. Something funky going on.

There are several communities in there atm but I’m getting some “odd” federation behavior.

If you are interested in federating there are two ways I have seen it work (again, warning, note that it is NSFW 😀 ):

  • use your search feature on your main instance and enter !butt_frenzy@booty.world then you can subscribe

  • or, from your main instance, alter your url to: {your main instance}/c/butt_frenzy@booty.world so for example if your main instance is lemmy.ml that would be: https://lemmy.ml/c/butt_frenzy@booty.world

^ butt_frenzy is one of the communities on booty.world for example.

Gotta be a better way, and I am probs doing something wrong. Will work on it. Open to feedback if anyone has any advice though haha.

Thanks.

It’s working now, thanks. Still can’t see the list in communities without an account so maybe creating a landing community just to check a list and a warning about the content could help

I’ve not heard this one, do you have a source/thread about it?
