Vietnamese
The tones are sharper and sounds more ugly than other tonal languages.
But I think Cantonese is the most annoying language.
Thai and Cambodian are very tonal but they never strike me as ugly or silly.
Of course this is a very offensive thing to say and I don’t relish saying it but it is a good conversation topic.
