• According to our sources, Lenovo is gearing up to enter the handheld PC gaming arena.
  • Similar to devices like the Steam Deck and ASUS ROG Ally, Lenovo’s “Legion Go” device will sport AMD Phoenix processors, with an 8-inch display.
  • It could look similar to Lenovo’s previously leaked Lenovo Legion Play Android device, which never reached general availability.
  • As of right now, there’s no indication on timing for official announcements or launch windows.

As happy as I am with my steam deck I love to see competition. I love portables all the way back from my game boy, game gear, all the way through to the vita.

I hope this new wave of high powered portables keep pushing each other to their limits so we see the best in our hands.

I’d love to see some competition that actually runs SteamOS.

Well, Valve still didn’t opened up their Linux Image. But maybe because Deckard and VR development with Gamescope is done.

Hey this is neat! I’m glad to see the competition heating up in this space!

I’d be a lot more glad if they followed Valve’s example and made it Linux based, though.

No thanks. We don’t need more closed and bloated spyware, what we need is more open and privacy respecing OSes like GNU/Linux and devices using it like Steam Deck.
