Drain can of tomatoes into pot
Add 1/2 cup water
Continue browning

Turn off sauté
Add shells
Add 4 cups water
Stir
Close pot, set to high pressure (8 min timer)
Pressurize, cook
Vent
Open, stir
Mix in cheese
Stir
Serve
