That sounds pretty niche. I think you’re gonna need to be the change. Someone has to take the financial hit to upload it.

I saw you mentioned Patreon etc in another comment. I feel like you’re free to donate to anyone who makes mods but they usually don’t demand it.
I don’t know their corporate structure but WeMod has a subscription model.

Are you looking for edited roms (eg blaze black), Skyrim mods?
Afaik you can find some on Nexusmods, but I’m pretty sure there is a dedicated site for hosting them. Check out r/assettocorsa on reddit? (I know I know ew but it’s still great for info)
