How is the southwest part of Odessa oblast green when it’s surrounded outside Ukraine by red? The lines don’t follow national borders in other areas.

Maybe there’s a natural border like a river there that influences propagation. (I don’t know how earthquakes work.)

It’s been the same story for years in Oklahoma. For a few years there, we were getting more earthquakes than California.
