IMO the examples are pretty basic and vague, not what would win over any iPhone user.
As a long time Android user, stop focusing on Apple and focus on your own damn software and hardware.
The good part of Android is that you don’t need to take Apple’s shits. The bad part is that you now have to take a certain amount of Google’s shits.
Isn’t it all about the blue bubbles being one of the bigger reasons. I wonder what impact apps like imessage not being tied to hardware would have.
This is why I like services like beeper bringing iMessage support over to android. I get to use the phone like, but also make my friends happy by not messing up the blue bubbles

For anyone else wondering, they’re backed up meaning there’s a wait before you can start using it. I just signed up and it ended with a message that basically says “you’re in line!”
IMessage on android will be amazing, I’m excited to try it out.
I use android and I will still say I think iOS had an edge when it comes to security. iOS sandbox is far more restrictive of what apps can and can’t do. While I disagree with certain restriction others I can see. Keep in mind as far as I am aware android apps can still do things like list every application on the device, and don’t get me started on Google Play services
I still don’t think doing stuff like listing apps on the device is possible without at least a sandbox escape.
If I’m going with Android, it’s going to be a custom ROM without Google services. F-Droid FTW =]
