He was ejected from the car at the crash. Tragic… it seems like though maybe he was driving without a seatbelt on though. Not sure how else you could be ejected.

I could also be issues with the seatbelts, let’s be honest it would be very on-brand for Tesla.

Tesla had a 100 000 car recall over seatbelts coming loose…
