I was kind of hoping to get a more accurate plagiat of the community banner. I deliberately killed some time before the climb because my app said the sun would come out later, but nope.

I always say that only bad weather for cycling is strong wind - you can’t just put jacket on and expect that it won’t slow you down.

But I will admit this sucks too.

Oh yeah, fuck headwinds.

Actually the climb was super nice now, just dried all my clothes already. Shame about the views i guess, i had zero on the ascend, but 300m down the descend i was out of the clouds.

What was amazing that there was zero traffic, up and down. Just one tractor and one concrete mixer. I don’t know why, because of the weather or because the small soulon pass after aubisque was closed for traffic because of construction (was fine with a bike though, thank god).

There were two single bikes like these further down the mountain, but i guess they were just making their way up to the pack.
