Currently, I feel like it is difficult to navigate from the inbox to a specific reply in the thread. The usual control panel with upvote/downvote and the three dot options menu don’t show up for comments on the inbox. I would love to be able to jump straight from a reply comment directly to the comment on the thread with context.
An update just dropped, always showing the control panel. There’s also a link directly to the comment.
There is a way, but it’s really unintuitive. You have to long press on the message near the user name. That will bring up an extra menu underneath the comment. You then click the chain link icon and it’ll take you to the comment.
It’s for sure not a good implementation of the feature, but it is there. I would like to be able to tap the comment from my inbox and have it take me there.
This should be at the top of the list. It’s very hard to keep a conversation going otherwise.
