What is there to think about it? Aside from that it’s properly “rødgrød med fløde”, the phrase is a good demonstration of Danish pronunciation. In Norwegian Bokmål it’s “rødgrøt med fløte”. I know that in southern Norway a lot of T’s lenite to D’s, though.
