Fillian’s model is a VRchat model called “rindo” (archive) that she has modified for her own use. The creator of the model has a terms of use (archive) for it’s use and one thing mentioned within it is that if you’re going to produce physical goods for sale of their characters that they want to be consulted for permission first.

Today, Goodsmile announced a Fillian Nendroid (archive) and no one ever contacted the creator of the model. Who’s now saying on twitter (archive) that he’s contacting both the company and Fillian to sort out the disagreement. Whether this means the figure gets cancelled or not will have to be seen.
