after several questions that just said, “why are you letting your employees wear pins with the flag of Palestine?”, as though that is obviously self-evidently illegal to everyone on the planet, they drop this massive logic bomb:

Someone had the absolute horror of having a flight attendant wearing a Palestine pin, and then decided to dox them, with pictures, to their employer.
Does no one see that this is a chatbot, repeating verbatim the response it gave in the DMs? if a human typed this, it would be impressively passive aggressive.
if HR comes after the employee maybe they can claim it was a Jordanian flag pin
