Not sure I would ever describe Biden’s behavior as malicious, unless ofc I missed something. Trump, on the other hand, is almost always verbally attacking someone else or otherwise sowing dissent. Kinda the definition of malicious intent.
Genocide isn’t malicious? Could’ve fooled me. Furthering Imperialism, ie maintaining hegemony against the Global South is another major issue, of course.
