RandomX for soc/mobile small devices

I know this has been considered before. There are many old devices lying around somewhere in our cupboard drawers. An Android or iOS app using XMR could use the individual components of old small devices, e.g. camera, modem, proximity sensor, CPU, RAM, audio chip…

hyc maybe Thoughts?
