£100 million for one year left on his contract… It’s honestly insane. Seems like even just decent players these days go for tens of millions. The (footballing) world has gone crazy.
To be fair though, the striker market is insane right now. Hojlund £80 million, Napoli demanding £150 million for Omishen. When you consider that, £100 million doesn’t seem that insane provided it brings bayern a deep CL run. If they win it in the next few years, it’s 100% worth it for them.
He plays in a trophy game today. Man is about to win a trophy less than 24 hours after leaving Spurs. God I hate being a fan of this stupid team.
