Hello,

Looked up so many mattress reviews. To the point where I have no idea what to buy.

Its going to be a double bed due to size restrictions of the room. Will sleep on it 1-2 nights per week. Want a good bed that will last for 10+yrs and won’t sag.

Looking at spending less than $1000. Any ideas or personal experiences? Please help!

We’ve been sleeping on Queen size koala for 3 years and it feels fine to me. Only 3 years in so can’t speak to the longevity. I still feel comfortable. Mattress feels good. Does sagging depend on the build quality of your bed/slats as well?

Since we’re happy with it, we just bought a single size koala for our toddler to move her out of the cot and into a real bed. She’s sleeping just fine… And through the night for the first time in 9 months.

Had a Casper for 10 years, it was great.

When it was time to replace it I did some research and landed on latex, because it holds up for a long time, is organic and hypoallergenic, and sleeps cool (I’m a hot sleeper).

Ended up buying from https://sleeponlatex.com based on reviews and their excellent return policy - best there is for latex as far as I could tell.

Very, very happy with it. It did take at least 2-3 weeks to adjust too, because it’s firm (even if you get a medium) - you sleep on top of it, not in it, meaning it doesn’t wrap around your body. 10/10 would recommend.

Koala with a some Clark Rubber carbon / latex topper. Has been perfect for us so far. I find the Koala a little firm on its own, but hasn’t lost its shape at all… so the topper just makes it a little softer
