The trivet and Guitar pan are mostly for my wife. I’m looking forward to trying out the griddle on my glass-top. Thinking I might try pancakes on it this weekend.

Pancakes, crêpes , fajitas, phulka, etc. Griddles are greatly underrated. Cook veggies and/or meat, move to the corners to keep warm/finish cooking, cook carbs in the center.

Tiny pans are great for butter and herb mixes, onion confit, pâté etc.

Trivets are good for the Descoware during holidays.
