I’m from the UK and I’ll interpret this to mean foreign language comedy.
Overall? It would be Les Vacances de Monsieur Hulot, but in terms of something a bit more recent, then a toss-up between Good Bye Lenin! and Delicatessen,
Wild Men is probably the most recent one that I have seen and enjoyed though.

Survive Style 5+. It’s utterly barmy Japanese nonsense, and it’s on YouTube for free. It’s about a guy that wants to kill his wife, a hypnotist, an advertising executive, house burglars who don’t know they love each other, an assassin, and an office worker that thinks he’s a bird.
