In addition, they’re closely associated with Florida’s Republican governor, Ron DeSantis, who has become something of a punchline after spending $160 million in the GOP presidential primary only to be handed a humiliating defeat by Trump.

Let’s keep repeating this ad nauseam. Ron DeSantis is a big fat failure.

“DeSantis and MfL appear to have lost their juice,” journalist Kelly Weill wrote in her recent MomLeft newsletter. “In 2022, the group claimed to have elected approximately half of its 500-plus school board candidates,” reaching an 80% success rate in Florida. In 2023, however, the group only won 35% of its races, and that’s after dramatically scaling back the number of candidates they were running. This month, Moms for Liberty got another shellacking, as only 6 out of 23 candidates backed by DeSantis and Moms for Liberty in Florida even won a primary.

Moms for Liberty is a fascist organization. They’re just as respectable as the United Daughters of the Confederacy.

Moms for Liberty’s intense efforts to ban the teaching and discussion of certain topics related to sexuality, gender and race."

This stuff should only be discussed between a husband, a wife and some random other third woman they pick up to have a three way with. Am I right Bridgette Ziegler?

If we’re not conservatives, why are we upset about someone being poly and using that as an attack?

Because they’re a hypocrite.

I like how people can selectively forget the very concept of hypocrisy.

Come on, it is not an attack on poly it is an attack on hiding anything related to gender and sexuality from kids, terrorizing them with guilt and punishment for everything related to gender and sexuality while doing what they want and need and expecting not to be called out for their hypocrisis. You know that.

Hypocrisy is a hell of a drug. Point it out and you’re accused of it.

So on Friday, Trump is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at the third annual Moms for Liberty summit in Washington, D.C. It’s another sign that his campaign has run out of ideas to appeal to women. Moms for Liberty’s fall from political grace has been as rapid as their rise to prominence. Associating with the group is more likely to hurt Trump with female voters than to help him.

This move by the Trump organization has “Four Seasons (Landscaping)” energy. Some clueless person in the Trump org: “What?! There’s a group called Moms for Liberty?! Hot damn! Book us for their largest meeting!”

I’ll burn books and publish the same books. I’ll ban abortion and perform one myself. I’ll cut taxes for the rich and… well, let’s not go too far.
