Perseverance Rover is still located on the upper fan deltaic unit at a location called Emerald Lake. It arrived at that location after a drive on sol 821 (June 11, 2023) While stationed at Emerald Lake it obtained the sedimentary rock core called ‘Otis Peak’. Since sealing the sample tube containing that rock core, there have been few images from the rover. Here is a low resolution processed NavCam frame it acquired on Sol 833 (June 24, 2023), but was only received / posted on the image server on Sol 835 (June 26, 2023). I’m assuming that there are some technical issues that the team are addressing, hopefully the team be able to quickly resolve those issues, and return the rover to normal operations as soon as possible.
