Is is still hump day if Monday is a public holiday?

You don’t get rid of me quite that quickly. Heeerrreeee I am again. I like the idea of all of us having the same cake day though. Cake is good. Cake is life.

If we stay, nearly everyone will celebrate cake day on the same day next year.

So there’s that.

I was reading something about how this kind of thing was common place once upon a time. We’ve been in a period of internet stagnation. iPhone or android, gmail, Facebook, reddit ect have all been stable for so long. But 20 years ago you changed email providers at the drop of a hat. New things came and dethroned old things all the time. We just got used to the stability I guess.

Yeah I don’t feel too bad about it. Not as much as how I miss MSN messenger. Internet things will come and go, which is why I still buy books and CDs, or at least download music and movies I like.

True. I was watching a YT vid to try and understand the situation and while I still don’t totally understand it, certainly sound like they sort of brought it on themselves so if it all becomes history it’s probably a lesson to be learnt.
