Former President Donald Trump expressed his frustration over a fly that approached his lecturn (sic) in a bizarre moment during a rally speech.

Trump was on stage at Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, making a point about a hat, when he appeared to get distracted by the creature.

“Oh there’s a fly,” the former president said. “I wonder where the fly came from?”

One audience member shouted out “Kamala.”

Trump continued: “See, two years ago, I wouldn’t have had a fly up here. You’re changing rapidly. We can’t take it any longer.” It wasn’t clear who or what the president was referring to before he changed the subject.

The internet was quick to react to Trump’s unexpected outburst, with MSNBC host and legal analyst Katie Phang saying “this is not normal.”

His body odor is absolutely atrocious, according to everyone around him

Calling it body odor is even generous. It’s full diapers, called makeup, and cologne.

Edit: Cake makeup, I swear autocorrect is changing words way after I’ve typed them lately.

I’m so curious about this. I read that even on the set of his tv show he regularly shat his pants. And old fat people can’t really wash themselves all too well. Combine that with makeup and whatever cologne he uses to hide his stench

The theme is every time a fly bothers someone on stage they lose.

I can assume that, probably, his speech wasn’t informative to begin with. It would be interesting to know if that sudden distraction was actually welcomed by his followers, or that they felt angry about Don abandoning the hat discourse. I can imagine how significant the familiar red cap design to the MAGA cult.

Climate change increases the number of flies. I think he’s talking about climate change. That’s the only way I can make sense of this. The climate is changing rapidly and we can’t take all the flies.

Katie Phang was saying this is not normal. What is she referring to?

Flies are attracted to the stench of decay and fecal matter. Maybe Donnie did a boom-boom in his diaper and the fly wanted to see what the fuss was.

In separate remarks made during his speech, Trump again dialed up his rhetoric against Harris, calling her “mentally disabled” and “mentally impaired.”

Well by the law of Republican projection there’s our proof that Trump is not playing with a full deck.

I would love to see Animaniacs bit where they encounter trump. Have Slappy squirrel narrating the bit like its a wildlife video.
