Old, new, don’t really care. What’s in heavy rotation for you this week?!
I’ve been listening to the tappy suggestions I got last week, and I also found “Dora The Destroyerl which is a nice djent/math/ mix,and I like the new album by Former Animals, but $10 for 17 minutes seems a bit dear (tell me I’m wrong, that’s fine, I feel the same way about Strawberry Girls, too). That said, I’ve bought an EP and album of Syncatto (holy crap I dig me some flamenco rock) and am loving it! Still going through the other suggestions!
I don’t remember how I found them, but Hiking are a fun listen. Just three songs so far. Maybe if they get more plays it’ll get them to put out more?
Math-rock/post-rock + a healthy dose of Americana. Nice! Looks like they were active on That Other Site last fall, but nothing there since then.
Little older but my go to for the genre, Gloss Drop by Battles.
