Very little work involved!
Tempted in the sense that I wouldn’t want to see this place without a mod if you need some time off. But I’m nowhere near active enough, nor do I have any mod experience.
I’m in the same boat, never had any experience & old mod passed it in to me to not let this die off, but it’s kinda a bit dead… Might go back to doing release thread at some point, just ran out of steam for it.
On the modding front, there’s honestly nothing to do with so few active members! So if you want to give a go for a while, feel free!
I can cover the a release thread here and on the metalcore community if no one else does until you come back (if you do). Unless someone else wants to take the reigns.
Edit: What we could do since Lemmy is still small we could combine “core” communitys but that’s just because I kinda listen to it all.
