Seems like a huge amount of my posts are from this one account, which some/most are news, so… That’s cool and all, but I wasn’t expecting so many from just one account.

Yep, I didn’t think about the possibility of it clogging up the local feed. I’d recommend blocking the community if you don’t like it, or find it annoying.

Nah, I just enjoy posting things that I find. I’m not really curating anything for anyone, it’s just sending it into the void. I never thought that anyone would subscribe, but I also never thought about the possibility of it showing up on everyone’s local feed.
I think everyone who doesn’t want to see it should just block the community. Because honestly, if we don’t have the same taste, that’d get annoying.
They actually call out that the traffic will ebb and flow on a whim in the main post.

edit: oh i misread, it’s just one person’s links, nobody else can post. No community to kick-start there. I guess it’s easy to block.
