The worst part about federation is that on mobile, the "comments" button is where the "upvote" button used to be

It messes with my ingrained muscle memory. So instead of upvoting a post I’ll accidentally be reading a thread.

after federation the hexbear ui changed slightly because the software got changed just before federation

I dunno, it changed with federation.

I don’t want more apps on my phone. Call me an old man if you want, but I use the browser.
