Hi, moving over from Reddit. Iโm not ultralight by far (base weight is 17 lbs) but Iโm always looking for fun hikes and ways to shave a few lbs/oz/grams off my gear.
hey there. good to see this community on the fediverse. I guess the best introduction for a ulโer is sharing their lp. this is me: https://lighterpack.com/r/smbf7q
collegiate loop in early sept, winds in august and a short few weekend trips in the indian peaks and maroon bells. what about you?
oh man iโm jealous. iโm doing the Uinta Highline first week of sept ๐คwhatโs maroon bells like?
Hello! Not ultralight, but working my weight down a little at a time. Iโm a petite person, so I donโt really have much of a choice haha. I like to get ideas and tips from the ultralight community from time to time :)
Thanks! My last trip was near Baker Lake. My next one is going to be near Packwood! I just started backpacking last year, and Iโm slowly getting out there.
WA state is beautiful, Iโve hiked through it on the PCT and would love to go back one day! How was Baker Lake?
Hi. Kers.
