Is the approved confusing language a done-deal or can it be challenged in court?

@Bob @jack The issue’s proponents have not yet published a statement saying they will sue over it. Keep an eye on their newsletter to see if they decide to challenge it: https://us17.campaign-archive.com/home/?u=8cede0d6ebc1b54023a8c991c&id=cf13c0016b

The issue 1 vote in Franklin County had some blatantly bullshit propaganda posters hung up in the voting line. Scummy shit that made me laugh

I saw a lot of pro-1 yard signs in Wood and Ottawa counties (which ultimately both leaned No, thankfully), and among them was a sign purporting that supporting Issue 1 would protect the Second Amendment. I’d have loved to witness the mental gymnastics it would have taken for someone to argue that in good faith—which is a rare thing for a population so tightly wrapped in religion…

I saw enough pro-1 signs in Summit county, where I live, but I don’t recall seeing anything that egregious.

Most second amendment “defenders” do nothing but mental gymnastics. Like, being so attached to your weapons to the point where any kind of new regulation is the devil is fucking unhealthy.

This is why they rail so hard against education too, in hopes that their “baffle them with bullshit” methods will work.
