When adding an acoount to jerboa you have to choose an instance to log in. If i create an account on an instance not listed can i still add this account or is the app only for the listed instances?

Hey, I just went through this process too and it was a little confusing. I was able to type in the name of the instance I signed up on and it worked.

Mine worked too; the list that it has is just some of the big ones, I think.

Yes, you can just type out the instance host name in the instance input.

You can type in the instance url. It doesn’t have to be listed.

Jerboa is a native-android client for Lemmy, built using the native android framework, Jetpack Compose.

Warning: You can submit issues, but between Lemmy and lemmy-ui, I probably won’t have too much time to work on them. Learn jetpack compose like I did if you want to help make this app better.
