Got an Ooni for my birthday on the weekend and made my first ever pizzas. How did I do folks?

Looking delicious! But did you put that mozzarella on the pizza after baking it?

I did it first but I think they were too thick. I did another one with the pieces sliced in half thickness and much better result.

Just one of the beginner ones on Ooni website. Only 4 hours from starting dough to putting it in oven. Will experiment with more complex ones as I go.
