i just like opening up a million tabs and going through them on my own pace, feels weird when the site moves about on it’s own

All of the communication between your browser and the server is being overhauled in the next version of Lemmy, and it seems that for the time being, this will also disable live updates!

Wow, I’ve never seen that behavior. I’m fairly certain that it must be a bug. Reminds me of a Solitaire victory 😂

I agree. And sometimes it bugs out and then floods the timeline with all kinds of (old) posts and you can’t make it stahp! :)
