went into this massage place less than 5 minutes away from my place and coolio they’re open til 2am

the receptionist was this sketch dude who you probably won’t even trust to run even an internet cafe lmao

he offered the 2-hour package but i figured maybe i’ll do 1.5 for now

ugh the place feels sketchier than i’m giving it credit

“um pwede po ba yung 1 hour package na lang”

“ay sir nasulat ko na po kasi” points to some accounting book thing

ate therapist: ge okay lang yan

proceeds to give hopefully the blandest massage of my life, but it’s not terrible so okay they’re trying

also i wonder ano pakiramdam ni ate na mahindian siya sa ganong offer HAHA

and the environment just feels sooooo uninspired i know it’s the kind of work that most people would rather not want to get into pero the therapists i’ve been with who do well talagang may difference na you can tell they try to master their craft. if most of the bland therapists can be inspired by someone to do better (and ofc be paid well) they’d probably do a better job and get more regulars and better tips
