SPOILER Am I just super unlucky with bugs??

I’m playing on steam and the first bug I noticed was heart of mars mission. I can’t finish it because the thing I need is under a boulder. Then I see my friends getting all these achievements. So, naturally I’m like what achievements have I gotten. I look, and I have 1 achievement for getting to level 5.

I know that these are known bugs, but am I the only one to get both of them? From what I’ve read some people get them and some don’t. I guess I’m just wanting to know what you guys have experienced.

My buddy had about 4 hours invalidated with the achievement bug. Said it happened to him in fallout as well. Unlucky :/

Awwww man that sucks. I’m uninstalling and reinstalling right now. I’m going to verify the file integrity before I start and see if that fixes anything.
