Randomly my feed will fill with new posts even though it’s set to “Hot”. Some of those posts will include NSFW content. I guess this could be two issues that are occurring.

1. User gets a feed dump of new posts even though it’s set to “Hot”
2. NSFW content shows in feed even though setting is disbaled
