Small government at work guys! I wonder how the state folks would react to a law like this coming from the federal level?

Does this mean that if there’s not a statewide smog check they can’t charge for a Dallas county smog check?

Who knows at this point. I wouldn’t be surprised if the state gov makes it mandatory it as some sort of eff you to Dallas and the other metros.
