It’s a Trek FX1, and I’ve been pretty much riding every chance I get. I’m already looking toward a road or endurance bike for next season, but I’m going to enjoy my hybrid for the rest of this year

Nice! Also am I reading that right, 1200 calories?

Probably Strava guesstimated that calorie count. If it’s being calculated out of heart rate for example, it’s not quite accurate. If it’s calculated out of distance and their weight, might also be off.

I see cadence but no power meter so I wouldn’t count on those calories being correct.

I’m 155lbs and in about 2 hours at 17mph it was a little over 800 calories on Zwift using the trainer.

Nice, dude! Coastal/river routes are the best, especially when there’s a bit of a breeze. Usually more scenic, and it tends to be a touch cooler than inland routes :)

21kmph on an FX1 is pretty decent especially if you’re untrained, well done. Keep safe on the road, use a helmet , plenty of lights and ride defensively
