Various nuggets of interest in this survey of Gen Z and millennials
Gen X woman here. Listening to Joe Rogan is a red flag.
Why?
Honest question. I don’t listen to the pod cast but I watch some of the clips on YouTube and have never really found anything to be too incendiary. The podcast seems to be as about as interesting as who ever the guest that week is.
Why is this comment the dumbest I’ve ever heard? Many people are talking about this. Lots of people are saying that this person might have been trying to push an agenda. I’m just asking questions here. Questions that I could look up and find the answer to but that’s not the point of the podcast. The podcast is to discuss interesting topics, like this comment, maybe being the dumbest comment. Let’s bring on our guest, someone who has nothing to do with the topic, but is full of opinions. Again, this is a topic we could easily research but that’s not the point of the podcast, the point of the podcast is just to talk, just to ask questions and have a conversation, an intellectual conversation with other men, and hot girls of course! Anyway bitches amirite?

And they’d be right
For women, top red flags include identifying as a MAGA Republican, having no hobbies, saying “All Lives Matter” and that there are only two genders, being so unbothered they never ask for details, identifying as a communist, listening to Joe Rogan, identifying as a conservative, refusing to see the Barbie movie, and not caring about politics.
For men, top red flags are identifying as a communist, having no hobbies, identifying as a MAGA Republican, being so unbothered they never ask for details, saying “All Lives Matter”, and being into astrology.
Sorry hexbear users, you’re on the no list for everyone
tbh
- 70yrs of red scare
- anything left of center (and I’m being generous here) is labelled a communist regardless of actual political affiliation
oh yeah, for sure. What’s sort of funny to me is that as I’ve learned more about socialism (and capitalism, by extent), I’ve talked with people about socialist principles and they agree with me up until the point that I use a “trigger word” that makes them think of socialism and then they’re like, “Well wait up now, I’m not talking about full on socialism here.” Yeah, you don’t want “socialism” the word, but you agreed with every talking point that came from it.
But on the other hand, the self-declared communists I’ve met have always been weird, but they were also the ones who told everyone without being asked lol
Joe Rogan is Goop for Men.
