I don’t know what they are but I think they are pretty nice.

Chicks and hens. They are very hardy and love water and rocks. They spread via runners, a lot like strawberries, with “chick” offshoots from the mother “hen.”

They are even nicer when flowering.

They’re Echeveria. Apps like PlantNet can take a photo and then give general ID through crowdsourced image matching. I’m no good with echi species, but these are certainly not Sempervivum as the below poster said.
