Not surprising, most likely related to some idiotic “regulation” which makes it not worth it for the to provide the service. The state is a cancer.

That’s really a pity after already cake pay web has been shut down.

Maybe take a close look with whom Bitrefill, Coincards, AllArk and others are partnering? Sure, you had probably the best value for the money but hey, better have a bit more expensive alternative rather than nothing.

I was just able to view the QR code of an existing prepaid card. Then, after using it, I was able to reduce the balance by a custom amount. Is that functionality safe until we spend out our existing cards?

The custom balance amount will not persist after they discontinue the service. You’ll have to write that down manually unfortunately.

Have you considered working with coincards’ or coinsbee’s provider(s)?

As expected and not you’re fault.

It append to most nice crypto-fiat bridge (for example the prepaid cards, used to be available everywhere and now it’s only EEA/US.)
