$55 billion in losses over ~5 years? That’s a substantial amount.
Very impressive performance in benchmarks, I am surprised to see Intel’s Xeon series perform so bad.
Blockchain/“web3.0” gaming is the dumbest thing around (even by the very low standard of buttchainers).
P2E is by definition a pyramid scheme for the benefit of the developers and criminal “venture capital” gangs.
The viable claimed benefits (marketplace for items) have be done with buttchain.
Other claimed benefits (cross game item transfer) makes no sense and wouldn’t be adopted by game devs/publishers.
Still way weaker than a 3050 mobile dGPU, but good progress for iGPUs nevertheless. Until recently, even top end iGPU couldn’t come even close to budget dGPUs.
It’s interesting that they think AI demand will continue through 2025. TSMC even thinks AI features will results in shorter replacement cycles for client devices.
Also it’s crazy that their capital spending is $30 - $32 B per year. This is an enormous amount.
